Appointment Policy

We understand that life happens, and things don’t always go as planned. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will do our best to complete your scheduled treatment. However, if we feel we cannot perform the treatment to the best of our ability, we may need to cancel and reschedule. In such cases, our cancellation policy will apply, but we’ll always do our best to work with you and find a solution.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

At Reverse Aesthetics Med Spa, we’re committed to providing you with exceptional service. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.


Please note that a $100 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice. This fee helps cover the costs associated with reserving your appointment time.


If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the $100 fee will be applied.

Payment Policy

We do not accept insurance, and payment is due in full at the end of your treatment. To make things easy, feel free to ask for price details before your procedure. We’re here to help!

We accept the following forms of payment:  

  • Credit Card  

  • Cash  

  • Check  

  • Venmo  

  • Care Credit  

No transaction fees will be applied to any payment method at this time. Any updates or changes to pricing will be communicated to the email address or phone number provided in your profile. Rest assured, your payment information is handled securely and in compliance with data protection regulations. 

Refund Policy

Our refund and return policy varies depending on the product and service:

Products generally cannot be refunded. However, if returned within 14 days of purchase, the price of the returned product can be applied towards the purchase of another item or service. Olive Tree People products are an exception, offering a 365-day return policy from the manufacturer. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be undamaged and in its original condition.

Prescribed medications and supplements purchased at Reverse Aesthetics Medspa cannot be refunded or returned due to the nature of their use.

Refunds are not available for services once provided. Results may vary due to individual responses to treatment.

To Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our office at reverse.aesthetics.medspa@gmail.com to start the return process. 

2. Provide the name of the product and the reason for the return request.

3. Please allow 3-5 days for us to respond. We’ll get back to you as quickly as we can!
